Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent and Sourcing Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for talent management and strategic sourcing. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent, managing succession planning, and supporting our broader HR and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit middle to senior management and specialist roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Implement and maintain talent management practices and systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent strategies with business goals.
Advise on market remuneration and manage recruitment costs.
Support transformation initiatives and compliance with company values.
Coordinate group-wide talent management projects and cluster initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
**Minimum**: Advanced Diploma or National First Degree (NQF Level 7).
**Preferred**: Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management.
**Experience**: 8-10 years in recruitment (corporate or agency environment).
Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
Knowledge of banking procedures, business principles, and industry trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR systems.
Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
Ability to build partnerships and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
