**_Mechanical Engineering Lecturer (NATED)_**
- Subjects: Mathematics N3 - N6, Engineering Drawing N3, Mechanotechnics N4 - N6, Mechanical Draughting N4, Mechanical Drawing & Design N5 - N6, Fluid Mechanics N5 - N6 and Power Machines N5 - N6._

**_ Requirements:_**
- _Honors/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering._
- _A minimum of 3 years of relevant, lecturing/industry experience._
- _Management and Teaching in a tertiary environment (preferably FET College)_
- _Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel._
- _SACE Registration._
- _Curriculum and assessment knowledge._
- _Demonstrate a history of student throughput, pass rate, and understanding._

**_Key Performance Areas:_**
- _Management of NATED Report 190/1 curriculum and assessments (Engineering)_
- _Offer academic and educational leadership_
- _Promote quality teaching and learning._
- _Monitor student performance._
- _Lesson planning and preparation._
- _Classroom management and supervision._
- _Provide academic support to learners_
- _Create an environment that is conducive to learning_
- _Assist with additional academic support._
- _Participate in and manage all other related teaching responsibilities._

- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
