**YC: Retail Development Analyst**
**Department : Network Development (BP64400)**

**Job Overview**
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This role will support, administrative sales function, verifying data submitted by the network;
reconciling the information for payments to the dealer network and follow up with any outstanding documentation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

VMS Payment Process
- Confirm all the data and documentation has been uploaded on LSS.
- Verify data integrity.
- Reconcile payment and follow up with outstanding dealers.
- Documentation and Recons to be supplied to Business Control for final verification and payment.

Dealer Reporting Qlik Sense
- Manage all templates and data capturing for the dealers operational and financial reporting.
- Uploading of the templates
- Service Departments: Parts Departments and New Vehicle Sales Reconcile data on system.

Financial Reporting System
- Assist with implementing of the reporting system,
- During the project implementation checks reconciliations will be allocated and where needed support given and information gathering on behalf of the suppliers.

**Minimum qualifications and experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- At least 2 years’ experience accounting and report writing
- Multinational company experience is essential
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- PC and MS Office proficient
- Accounting and Dealer Management System experience
