Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst

**Key Roles & Responsibilities are**:
**1.** **Programme Management**
- Management of multiple projects which constitute toward the organizations overall programme.
- Ensuring that the primary critical success factors within projects (Schedule, Scope, Cost) are achieved
- Alerting the Executive timeously in advance if any risk or issue which may negatively or positively impact t heCritical Success Factors materializes
- Being empowered to take critical decisions which impact project success
- Effectively communicating key project communication to key stakeholders
- Following the designated Project Methodology per project.

**Key Performance Indicators are**:
Achievement of Critical Success Factors

2. **Scope Management**
- Tight management of project scope by being aware of entire scope at project design phase
- Ensuring that any deviations to scope are documented thoroughly, with the relevant impact analysis undertaken by the designated team members.
- Ensuring the scope deviations are agreed to by all relevant parties, with the costs being passed to the relevant parties where applicable.
- Being alert and aware to mitigate the possibility of scope creep.
- Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed of scope deviation.

Ensuring the project scope is adhered to

**3.** **Schedule Management**
- Effective management of project schedule by being aware of baseline project schedule at project design phase
- Constant review of timelines based on review of the project baseline
- Ensuring that deviations to baseline are documented, and where applicable the costs of such are passed to the relevant parties
- Resource scheduling and planning with the relevant team leaders and the executive, to ensure that project remains on schedule.

Ensuring that project schedule is adhered to

**4.** **Risk & Issue Management**
- Effective management and mitigation of perceived project risks in order for them to not materialize into issues
- Maintenance and Review of Risk Registers and Issue Logs
- Ability to identify and exploit opportunities which arise from risks and issues
- Clear concise handling of issues such that the most favourable outcomes for the project and organization can be achieved.

**Key Performance Indicators are**:
Ensuring that Risks are mitigated/ exploited

**5.** **Budget Management**
- Management of project budgets from project design phase
- Projection of financial milestones per project
- Ability to forecast and foresee possible conflict
- Prioritization of scheduled activities in order to allow for efficient project billing across projects.

**Key Performance Indicators are**:
Ensuring that projects deliver within budget

**6. Resource Management**
- Efficient utilization of resources by ensuring thorough planning and scheduling of project related work activities.
- Conflict management and resolution
- Forward planning of resource requirements based on detailed knowledge of projects horizon and envisaged work activities
- Reprioritization planning
- Management and review of resource allocation and timesheet review/ analysis

**Key Performance Indicators are**:
Ensuring adequate resourcing is in place

**7. Quality Management**
- Ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality by developing and adhering to stringent quality management processes and where applicable, plans
- Having adequate controls in place to identify quality deficiencies and mitigating to avoid delays or associated impact as far as possible.

**Key Performance Indicators are**:
Ensuring Quality is maintained in deliverables

**8. Communication**
- Efficient and succinct communication of pertinent information to all relevant stakeholders
- Engagement with both client and internal resources at all levels
- Communicating effectively in both written and verbal dialogue
- Accurate and timeous project reporting

**Key Performance Indicators are**:
Effective communication between key stakeholders

**9. Leadership**
- Taking the lead and providing direction for project related activities
- Providing direction and guidance to the team based on the organization’s strategic objectives
- Conflict management & resolution
- Making key project decisions following the mandated decision protocols

**Key Performance Indicators are**:
Effective leadership across the organization

**10. Skills Development & Mentorship**
- Having a clear concise view of the organizations strategic objectives and aligning resource development plans towards these objectives.
- Maintaining and monitoring skills develop plans for resources in order to fulfil the businesses mandate, and assist resources to grow organically within the organization.
