**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Company's material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock location.
- Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to the Company's SOP.
- Responsible for managing and running planned stock takes
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
- Monitor and Manage inventory, no negative stock, blocked stock, blocked bins and stock in correct areas before sending stock sheet.
- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
- Ensure accurate product inventory on system and physically.
- Reconcile company inventory to client system and resolving issues.
- Communicate with Warehouse Managers about current stock and potential issues with orders.
- Conduct daily analysis to forecast potential inventory issues.
- Conduct cycle and wall to wall counts with team.
- Manage Inventory teams and liaise with Executive of risks and suggested measures.
- Report on inventory activities and variances.

Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric.
- Minimum of a diploma in logistics or similar
- FMCG warehousing experience is essential
- 5 years of experience in relevant overall supply chain/ warehouse experience in inventory operations and similar field.
- Excellent Knowledge of SAP system & Warehouse management system (WMS)
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, (Excel and Word).
- Must display initiative and strong problem-solving skills as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Stock takes and inventory control experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
