Well established accounting and auditing firm in Durbanville, Cape Town is seeking an experienced finance professional that has been responsible for managing small to medium sized body corporate audits within the Private sector. This position will form part of the body corporate auditing division within the company. The individual will want to advance their career in the auditing and accounting field. There will be an opportunity to lead and manage a team.

The individual must have a SAICA accredited undergraduate degree e.g. Bcompt, completed their traineeship through SAICA or IRBA and have minimum of 2-3 years post trainee work experience.

Experience working on the following software programs: Caseware working papers, Xero, Excel, Efiling.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing and executing on all body corporate audits and efficiently producing quality audit files.
- Finalize and propose audit opinion.
- General auditor with accounting and tax.
- Assist on other audit, accounting or tax assignments from time to time.
- Ability to be adaptable to the varying audit calendar and auditing environment

**Minimum Requirements for the role**:

- SAICA accredited undergraduate degree (Bcompt preferred)
- Completed traineeship through SAICA/IRBA preferably in a small or medium firm.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years post trainee experience
- Excellent knowledge of small and medium audits.
- Competent in the digital environment and learns IT programmes and systems easily.
- Must be proficient with:

- Caseware working papers - Must
- Xero - Must
- Advanced Excel - Must
- Efiling - Must
- WeConnectU (recommended)
- RAMS (recommended)
- Sage/Pastel (recommended)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

**Salary**: R35 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
