**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Customer Centricity Liaising with and assisting customers.
- Booking customer orders on Syspro.
- Check orders and quotations for customers.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Place special orders for desired items

**People Management**
- Supervise, mentor, guide and manage performance of a team of sales agents
- Arrange meetings and ensure sales agents meet their set sales targets
- Maintain excellent working conditions and facilitate effective team performance and ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction and provide training on same.

**Business Processes**
- Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Maintain records related to sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and targets.
- Cold calling by attracting and building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Attend required training which may be after hours.
- Attend and facilitate staff or departmental meetings which may be after hours.
- Attend and represent GM at trade shows and customer days

**Salary**: From R25 000,00 per month
