**Work Description**

Research Assistant: Quality Control and Assurance is responsible for the efficient collection of accurate, complete and ethical Data from Study Volunteers and adhering to protocol and overall clinical objectives.

Technical Work Responsibilities
- Data collection
- Administrative duties
- Report writing
- Strategy recommendations based on process evaluation findings
- Quality Control/Assurance

Education
- A relevant degree
- Valid GCP certificate

**Experience**
- Public Sector experience in conducting qualitative interviews.
- Research methodologies

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Computer and programming skills
- Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
- SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa
- Minimal/Moderate/Excessive overnight travel (up to 30%) by land or air if required
- Willing to work overtime.
