**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including morning, evenings, and weekends.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.

This programme is designed to immerse you in the Starbucks culture and set you up for success. These training programmes are delivered in our stores and provide partners with the opportunity to learn on the job, supported by their manager.
