Iso Implementation Officer

We are a proudly South African Manufacturing company in need of an ISO Implementation officer to assist with implementing International Standards in order to take us to the next stage of our journey.

As an ISO Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the ISO 9001 as well as ISO 22176 processes.

Your Duties will be as follow:

- Document the companies working processes
- Formulate these processes into ISO 9001 and ISO 22176 processes
- Implement the above processes through training with staff and supervisors alike
- Documenting and Collating all of the relevant paperwork needed for an ISO audit
- Ensuring that all ISO processes as in line with the requirements for an ISO audit
- Taking the company through successful internal and external audits to comply with ISO standards
- Organising and coordinating all external ISO audits
- Experience in the implementation of International Standards
- A strong ability to take concepts and strategies and place them in documented processes and policies
- Proven ability to create procedures and work instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to train and develop others
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure position and environment
- Advanced computer skills
- A strong understanding of quality control and assurance
- Critical thinking with the ability to suggest corrective actions

Experience within a Cosmetics Manufacturing environment will be advantages.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From R30 000,00 per month
