This is a full-time hybrid role as a Real Estate Professional at Rawson Properties Bellville-Oakdale, with flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Professional will be responsible for the successful marketing and selling of properties, continued growth of market share, negotiating contracts whilst providing excellent customer service to ensure that the Rawson Properties brand ethos is upheld.

The Role entails the following:

- Collect information about properties (lead generation)
- Daily canvassing properties to sell
- Compiling and Presenting CMA’s
- Securing mandates and management thereof
- Arrange for photography and home staging
- Advertising of the Properties
- Organise and attend show days
- Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers
- Taking prospective Buyers to properties and management thereof
- Gathering all required documentation from prospective Sellers and Buyers
- Concluding successful sales agreements
- Monitor sales and liaise with all stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and other Property Practitioners
- Able to Knowledgably advise sellers and buyers
- Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market as well as the general market

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED**:

- Grade 12
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and up to date with CPD requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling residential properties
- Must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle
- Must have your own laptop and cell phone
- Must be able to sustain yourself financially for at least 6 to 12 months before you start earning commission
- Clear ITC
- Clear criminal record

- Must be able to talk knowledgeable about property and the area you work in
- Must love sales and ‘closing the deal’ with proven past experience working in a real estate sales environment

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be digitally savvy and comfortable doing business with your mobile phone and laptop
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans / English

Commission only position
