***Your Purpose...**
- This role is pivotal in turning data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy, performance optimization and customer engagement. You will be responsible for analyzing marketing and web data, identifying trends and providing recommendations that influence decision-making across the business.
**Your Duties and Responsibilities...**
- Analyze performance across all marketing channels and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and other data platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Braze) to measure performance and uncover user behavior patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, marketing ROI and customer journey metrics.
- Collaborate with campaign, media and digital teams to test, track and improve campaign and business performance results based on insights.
- Build and refine attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing activities across channels and throughout the customer journey
- Extract, clean and interpret large data sets to identify growth opportunities and marketing effectiveness.
- Design and lead controlled experiments and A/B testing initiatives and provide pre
- and post-campaign analysis.
- Provide input into media planning by developing scenario models and performance projections to guide budget allocation and channel strategy.
- Present findings to marketing stakeholders and leadership in a compelling, visual and data-driven manner.
- Monitor key trends in marketing analytics and recommend tools, frameworks or new approaches to stay ahead.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all marketing datasets.
**We can’t live without(Minimum Requirements)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in a marketing analytics or insights role.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power
- BI, or Tableau.
- Comfortable working with large datasets using tools like Excel, BigQuery, or SQL.
- Experience analyzing digital media and marketing performance (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business impact.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with CRM or CDP platforms
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze)
