This role typically involves ensuring an adequate supply of uniforms is always available while minimizing excess stock and associated costs.**Job description**
- In charge of managing the stock of Uniforms,
- Reconciling stock on hand to the amount on the system
- Distributing the stock to departments
- Liaising with department heads and HR to order and maintain stock levels
- Creating Purchase Orders on NAV
- Download stock reports daily and analyze
- Acknowledge request of orders placed from different departments
- Follow correct procedures and order stock from Head Office
- Ensure that stock is scanned out and accurately packed
- Troubleshoot queries where stock is short delivered
- Follow up on requested changes
- Co-ordinate the month-end stock take

**Minimum requirements**
- National Senior certificate/ Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Stock Controller or related job
- Valid driver’s license - Will be required to travel between Randburg and Rosebank
- Computer/IT knowledge - Microsoft Windows (MS words, EXCEL etc.)
- Have some technical Knowledge
- Team player
