**Clerical Assistance**
- Filing of all documents in the patients file
- Management of messages and delivering of documents to various departments
- Collecting and posting of mail
- Document management
- Switchboard relief
- Medical administrative clerk relief
- Mailing tasks
- General office duties
- Internal mail management
- Manage /coordinate the courier service (internal and external)
- Document Management
- Upkeep of stats
- Professional use of equipment to ensure smooth workflow
- Providing basic assistance with all clerical duties on unit level
- Building capacity

**Patient care and rendering of a quality service**
- Neat, well-groomed, courteous and pleasant manner
- Patient orientation
- Assist with telephonic queries
- Feedback to multi-disciplinary team regarding auth process
- Hands-on problem solving and assistance with any queries

**Required Education**
- Matric with MS Office computer course
