**Fulfillment Specialist - 2 Months Contract**:

You will be working as Fulfillment Specialist - 2 Months Contract, at global grade 15 will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions Division based in Longmeadow, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to Planning & Fulfillment Manager will be responsible to purchase goods from internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers according to delivery schedule, transportation mode, price, special requirements, terms and conditions. Ensure purchasing activities are align with company purchasing policies and procedures. Monitor supplier performances and execute expediting activities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Release purchase requisitions (PR) and initiates purchase orders (PO) in the system in alignment with customer requirements (based on ERP and standard operation procedures) and according with release strategy and table of authorities, monitor suppliers order acknowledgments and dispatch advice along with the inbound freight custom clearance and local transportation process
- Manage urgencies to guarantee timely deliveries, monitor the purchase orders backlog and perform regular expend activities with internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers in order to ensure the customer on time delivery. Minimize the late backlog, proactively identify root causes and recovery plan
- Track goods receive at the warehouse in order to verify appropriate delivery, ensure invoice processing and service level to the customer. Manage inbound nonconformance reports (NCRs) and discrepancies with suppliers
- Monitor the interface with suppliers’ systems (e.g. EDI messages) and resolves errors in order to ensure data quality /accuracy and operations continuity
- Create and update suppliers’ performance reports and oversee supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time, reverse logistics, planning parameters), conduct periodical performance review, and resolve related issues
- Develop effective communication, relation with suppliers and with other stakeholders (e.g. logistics team, materials planners, ect.)

**Your background**:

- National diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Production fulfillment, with thorough SAP experience in a production environment.
- Fluency in both English language is mandatory.
