The Human Resources department seeks to employ a Voice Stress Polygraph Analyst that will mainly operate in the Pretoria area. The person will be reporting to the Polygraph Manager.

The overall purpose of this position is to do periodic and incident related Voice Stress and Polygraph tests on selected employees, as determined by Operational needs and Client Service level agreements;

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years voice stress and Polygraph experience.
- Qualified Voice Stress / Polygraph Analyst by accredited institution.
- Vast experience in Voice Stress and Polygraph testing.
- Own equipment will be an advantage.
- Tertiary education, in the field of criminal Investigations / Psychological qualifications.
- Experience in the Security Industry (Operations) will be an advantage.
- Good moral character and ethics
- Driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Be prepared to work irregular hours, after hours, weekends, public holidays (as and when required)
- Able to work independently, without constant supervision
- Clear criminal record.
- Computer literacy within the MS Windows environment & Voice Stress software
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive work references.

Key areas of responsibility will include: (not totally inclusive)**:

- Conducting periodic and incident related voice stress tests as determined by Operational needs and Client Service Level agreements.
- Assessment of tests and findings.
- Ensuring timeous availability of results to the relevant Managers.
- Daily liaison with Operations Management, Senior Management, Directors as necessary.
- To maintain a high level of integrity and honesty in the findings of tests conducted.
- Confidentiality of information and test results.
- Weekly, monthly feedback on productivity, number of tests done etc.
- Ensuring constant availability in case of emergencies.
- To ensure that all tests are done as per accepted practice.
- To treat all staff to be tested in a humane manner and respectfully.
- To manage time and company resources effectively to ensure maximum efficiency.
