Our client based in Rosebank-Johannesburg is looking for a Spa Manager to join their team

Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep documentation and maintain clients’ files.
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
- Report any issues to management.
- Smooth and effective daily operations of the Spa.
- Deliver High Standard spa treatments and services to all clients.
- Maintain Safety in massage room and privacy for members and clients.
- Always provide considerate and professional service.
- Perform massage sessions to members and clients in accordance with the massage schedule.
- Work in close coordination with the Owner of the Spa to ensure smooth operation.
- Keep record of equipment in the spa and record repairs that are necessary by policy and procedure.
- Communicate well and be presentable.

**Requirements**:

- Necessary Diploma in CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC.
- Must be able to conduct all spa treatments and oversee staff.
- Must have 5+ years’ experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rosebank, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
