DUTIES
- Booking in of vehicles
- Loading photos on TMS
- Following up on outstanding parts
- Releasing vehicles
- Ensuring excess amounts are correct
- Correct information and paperwork for costing
- Schedule in and out of cars report daily
- WIP to be updated daily.
- Daily WIP reports to be sent to Directors, Manager and Stores
- Daily TMS updates
- The Workshop Manager and or QC need to assist the Service Advisor with a walk through on the stipulated days and advise on vehicle updates etc.
- It is the responsibility of the Service Advisor to update their clients Tuesdays and Thursdays
- SA should put a page on the vehicle going out for that specific day, the page should stipulate the expected time out (this time is given to Manager and QC)
- SA will have to check on TMS to see updates of the cars (This is to see if the car is in panel booth or spray booth etc.)
- Manager has to inform SA immediately of any delays
- Check car an hour before it is scheduled out
- SA to handover all signed release forms daily to Admin to prepare packs for costing.
- SA to take pictures of the car and explain the authorisation to the client.
- SA must ensure all personal belongings have been taken out the car
