- At least 5 - 10 years of service advisor experience, within the motor industry Matric certificate or equivalent. Autoline experience in POS- Unendorsed driver’s license (B).- Computer literacy.- Willingness to work flexible hours/over time.- Professional appearance and 1st impressions.- Fluent, clear English communication.- Ability to handle difficult customers.- Customer service orientation.- Ability to build positive relationships.- Helpful and supportive behaviour in interactions.- Persuasive, fluent and confident communication.- Sense of urgency.- Physical fitness and ability to handle stress.- Professional telephonic etiquette.- Attention to details.- Ability to up-sell.- Advanced MS Excel and MS Office- Workshop loading processing**What Qualification**
