**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Compilation of half year-end and year-end consolidation and providing all the information required for the drafting of financial reports and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and applicable legislation;
- Drafting of separate annual financial statements for the Group
- Drafting of annual financial statements for the Group
- Compilation consolidated monthly information pack and liaison with business unit financial executives and managers;
- Compilation consolidated budget and forecast management packs;
- Manage and drive completion of all group companies’ annual financial statements within 6 months from year-end
- Facilitation of mid-year and year-end audit processes and liaison with external auditors;
- Provisional and final tax payments calculation for the head office companies;
- Ensure smooth transition of the implementation of the electronic consolidation;
- A signatory on business banking;
- Attendance to ad-hoc queries at the request of the Finance team and Management

**Desired Qualification & Experience**:

- Registered / Eligible Chartered Accountant (SA)
- At least 3 years post articles’ experience
- Proven track record in a medium to large size organization
- JSE listed experience advantageous
- Extensive experience in consolidations
- Knowledge and understanding of Syspro is an advantage
- Good knowledge of manufacturing (preferably food/beverage industry)
- Presentation and computer skills (MS Office / ERP System)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R80,000.00 - R100,000.00 per month
