This is an opportunity to work with a professional team in South Africa.

Assistant digital consultant role is primarily responsible for expertise in digital solutions for project management support, and project-related analytics/insights. Where required, direct involvement in projects may be included. Therefore, the role requires demonstrable expertise or experience in built environment disciplines.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Project management support: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk BIM360, Oracle Aconex
- Project related insights: Power Platforms, Power BI, Microsoft Visio, ArcGIS Pro, Microsoft Suite for the purpose of analytics and reporting, Excel - data management and pivots for insights, PowerPoint - analytical presentations for feasibility and advisory reporting, or Similar/Equivalent Tools and Outcomes

- You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
- You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs)
- You will actively network and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the centres of excellence, Mace Way control centre and knowledge hub.

You’ll need to have:

- Medium-Advanced capabilities in ArcGIS Pro and Power BI.
- IT/Digital project delivery experience. Technical/IT/digital qualifications and certifications (or equivalent) such as in Microsoft or ISO27001, ITIL, APM/Prince project management.
- BIM/ISO19650 awareness.
- Industry competencies - industry experience and/or qualifications essential desirable it/ digital industry awareness including standard it methodologies including waterfall, agile.
- IT operating model awareness such as how IT departments work, outsourcing, and key IT roles and responsibilities.
- Infrastructure, construction, property, and real estate industry.
- Public sector awareness - such as public sector procurement.
- Security, cyber security, data protection awareness.

You’ll also have:

- Good acknowledgement and work experience.
- Right to work, or ability to obtain a VISA for occupation in South Africa (Where applicable).
- Evidence to showcase competency in project programme tools, procurement and contract administration, analytical reporting and presenting, analytical modelling (financial
- or scenario-based modelling).
