**TRADEREACH**

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
Responsible for the daily functions of stock movement in and out of the warehouse operation. Have foresight of all movements of stock to ensure accurate picking and space planning.

- Stock Accuracy
- Housekeeping
**KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Dispatching & Receiving**
- Accountable for the Receiving & Dispatching Function in the warehouse.
- Receiving stock - Accurate Dims, Stock Quality Inspections.
- Accurate System Check in.
- Communicate any variances in quantity & quality to the Account Executive.
- Accurate & timely picking of Stock and ensure sign off documents are processed.
- 2 Check process to happen at all times.
- Check 1: Picker & Inventory Supervisor
- Accurate & timely dispatching of Stock and ensure sign off documents are processed.
- Check2: Dispatch Clerk & Receiver of goods.
- Ensure all stock movements are processed systematically and paperwork all paperwork filed accordingly on the day.
**Stock Control**
- Foresight - Full knowledge of what is expected to arrive & leave the warehouse at all times.
- Daily engagement with the Operations planner on expected installations & dispatches for the next day.
- Daily communication with Account Managers/Project Managers to understand freight movements planned.
- All picks for tomorrow to be completed today (checked by the picker & Inventory Supervisor)
- Integral Part of the stock take team.
- Ensure stock accuracy by following the cycle count procedures.

**Health & Safety**
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and clear of debris at all times.
- The warehouse is clear of all debris, and maintained to an acceptable standard.
- Teams are managed to ensure this is happening daily as well as on an ad hoc basis.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Grade 12
- National Diploma / and or tertiary qualification in material management, inventory, commodity procurement advantageous
- 4 to 5 years in the fields of warehousing, stock control or supply chain
