Our client in Franschhoek is recruiting for an **Assistant Hospitality Manager**.

**The Assistant Hospitality Manager is responsible for supporting the overall operations of a hospitality business, such as a hotel. The following are some typical job responsibilities and duties**:

- **Supervising Staff**: The Assistant Hospitality Manager will work closely with the manager to ensure that staff are properly trained and motivated to provide exceptional customer service. They may also be responsible for scheduling staff, managing their workload, and delegating tasks.
- **Overseeing Operations**: The Assistant Hospitality Manager will help manage the day-to-day operations of the hospitality business, including front desk operations, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and any other services provided to guests.
- **Managing Finances**: The Assistant Hospitality Manager will assist with managing the financial aspects of the business, such as creating budgets, monitoring expenses, and overseeing the accounting process.
- **Ensuring Customer Satisfaction**:The Assistant Hospitality Manager will work to ensure that guests are satisfied with their experience and that any complaints or issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- **Marketing and Sales**: The Assistant Hospitality Manager will assist with marketing and sales efforts, including creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and building relationships with local businesses and organizations.

**Requirements**:
Matric with relevant qualifications

They should also be able to work under pressure, multitask effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
