JUNIOR BUYER

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE SET FOR THE POSITION:
1.1 Establish appropriate quality requirements for quality-related material
requisitions/enquiries, orders and contracts.
1.2 Evaluate tender quality submissions and make recommendations.
1.3 Advise suppliers on development of quality plans.
1.4 Maintain systems for record keeping of monitoring results.
1.5 Close out, monitor and record quality deficiencies eg MDDA’s.
1.6 Review supplier spares documentation supplied with shipment (QA
data packages) and perform inspection activities to prove acceptability.
1.7 Control the access to, and maintain the receipt inspection database (record book).

1.10 Clarify quality Requirements during execution of orders.
1.11 Identify new and highlight operational experience during process
1.12 Build a good relationship with suppliers and get good pricing
1.13 Ability to verify RFQ and Orders accordingly
1.14 Matching orders with purchase order and ability to differentiate QC(Quality Control Checklist)
Qualification:
technical requirement should be an electrical (heavy/light current) or mechanical N5 — N6.

**Salary**:
R10 000 PLUS COMMISION ONCE TARGETS ARE MET
