**General Requirements**:
- Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- Post Matric Qualification
- South African citizen
- Ekurhuleni resident (specify ward number)
- Unemployed
- Basic knowledge of municipal service and system
- Working knowledge of the languages and dynamics of the City of Ekurhuleni
- Computer literacy
**Specific Requirements**:
- Six months minimum experience in business regulations and compliance environment
- Knowledge of business licenses and trading permits online system
- Good communication and language skills
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and maintain relations with internal department responsible for issuing business licenses and trading permits
- Coordinate and facilitate engagement with local business organisations, associations and chambers
- Coordinate and produce daily statistics, weekly updates and monthly reports of issued business licenses and trading permits
- Coordinate and implement the processing and issuing of business licenses and trading permits
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of the business compliance advisors located at various service delivery coordination centres
- Coordinate the processing of business licenses and trading permits through business licenses and trading permits online system
- Coordinate and provide regular feedback to the business regulations and compliance section supervisors and manager
- Coordinate and perform any other duties given by senior officials of Community Enterprise Development
