**Purpose of the Job**:
Responsible for leading and managing the Business Process Improvement function across the FSCA. The role will oversee the successful
implementation of the Business Process Management framework and alignment of the business process initiatives to the organisational
designing, and evaluating business processes. The person appointed to this position will be reporting to the Divisional Executive Licensing
and Business Centre

**Requirements**:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology field focusing on business, with at least 5 years’ managerial experience leading process
analysis and design using preferred methodology is essential. Relevant Honours Degree is desirable. Offer technical expertise, Six Sigma
in leading diverse teams and have experience in establishing an organisational process improvement function. Extensive knowledge of the
financial sector will be beneficial.

**Key Performance Areas:
- Establish the Centre for process excellence that promote a work culture that builds and integrate process

improvements in the organizational daily operations;
- Review the Business Process Management Framework to ensure that process analysis best practices are

established and followed throughout the organisation ensuring alignment to the organization’s strategy, objectives,
and outcomes;
- Define a business process improvement strategy and implementation roadmap for the organisation;
- Oversee the implementation of the Business Management and Improvement Framework;
- organisation;- Establish standards and governance guidelines for organisational process repository management.
- Oversee and manage the change initiatives relating to process improvement through effective communication
- structures, relevant tools, and training.- Conduct research on best practices and industry trends for the organisation.
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation
- Oversee continuous process review to identify opportunities for improvement to ensure operational efficiency and
- excellence.- Take ownership in the leading and driving of multi-disciplinary teams in conducting process improvements
- Lead, coordinate and facilitate the process transformation projects.
- Effective stakeholder management to ensure collaboration and coordination of activities across regulatory divisions
- and seamless execution of projects.- Lead the process transformation in the organization to pave the way for digital transformation through automation
- and optimization.- Undertake regular internal and process audits to ensure continuous improvement and automation.
- Work with process stakeholders and ICT professionals.
- Facilitate the roll out and training of new business initiatives, changes to business processes or operations through- Develop and manage the departmental annual strategic and business plan as well as budgets.
- Oversee the management of staff and day to day activities of the Business Process Improvement department.
