This role is based in Johannesburg and is a full-time position. You will be expected to come into the office 3 times a week.

**What you’ll be doing day to day**:

- Assist with product research for both future products and existing product improvements
- Keeping up-to-date with health, wellness and medical innovations and women’s health and wellness trends
- Assist with scientific and academic writing and referencing, such as creating patient information leaflets
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Product Research Assistance: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to inform product development strategies.
- New Product Formulation Support: Assist in the formulation and testing of new products.
- Clinical Team Support: Provide administrative and research assistance to the clinical team.
- Registered Pharmacist Assistance: Collaborate with the registered pharmacist to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Product Listing with Distributors: Assist in the process of listing products with third-party distributors, including compiling necessary documentation, coordinating shipments, and managing communication with distributors.
- Quality Control Assistance: Support quality control efforts by assisting in product testing, analysing results, and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Help analyse customer feedback and product reviews to identify areas for improvement and inform product development decisions.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including product descriptions, packaging design concepts, and advertising campaigns.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks

**Must have**
- **Fully completed** NQF 6 or NQF 7 qualification in one of the following fields:

- Pharmacy
- Pharmacology
- Medical technology
- Primary healthcare
- BSC with a medically related major
- Allied health

**Nice to have**
- Experience in an agile entrepreneurial or start-up environment
- Experience in WooCommerce
- Experience in ECommerce in general and/or logistics
- Experience in the healthcare field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Slack and Trello
