As **TA Coordinator, EMEA** you will schedule interviews, log new hire onboarding tickets, conduct reference and background checks, document processes, update job descriptions and job posts, and execute employer brand building initiatives in South Africa, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, U.K, and other regions when required.

This role is based in Cape Town and reports into the Senior Business Partner, Talent Acquisition EMEA._**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Partner with the Senior Business Partner to schedule interviews, log new hire onboarding tickets, conduct reference and background checks, document processes, update job descriptions and job posts, execute employer brand building initiatives
- Be the point of contact for new hires during the new hire onboarding cycle
- Partner internally with Service desk, payroll and facilities to meet new hire onboarding deadlines
- Research social media channels and other platforms to assist with direct sourcing
- Assist with campus recruiting
- Develop relationships with external recruiting partners for short-term contract hiring
- Generate source of applicant reports to assist with data-driven decision making
- Execute creative employer brand building strategies to increase DigiCert's global brand awareness
- Assist with global process development when required

**WHAT YOU HAVE**:

- Tertiary qualification
- 1+ years of talent acquisition coordination and/or general business administration experience
- Strong passion for talent administration and detail-orientation
- Creative employer branding strategy experience
- Resiliency, creativity, independent thinking, trustworthiness, solution-orientation, and a passion for talent acquisition
- **Tool Experience**: LinkedIn Recruiter, XING, Greenhouse, Greenhouse Onboarding, ADP, JIRA (advantageous)
