**Job Purpose**

We are looking for an Experience Design Delivery Lead to define, operationalise and manage the delivery of digital innovation initiatives across the enterprise. This includes operationalising the CCD framework enterprise wide and working to ensure the company's agile practices, processes and governance are always inclusive of class-leading digital product design practices, processes and governance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head of Design Experience in the agile delivery of critical digital innovation initiatives.
- Manage the delivery of products and experiences that fulfil our purpose to use our financial expertise to do good for individuals, families, businesses and society
- Shaping the strategic direction of experience design delivery methodologies, frameworks, principles and templates to enable customer-centric design-led experiences enabled by people and technology.
- Manage and implement governance frameworks for the enterprise design function.
- Defining and implementing a governance framework and forums, integrated to existing agreed processes and forums.
- Drive XD leading practice standards and methodologies within design and across the enterprise through knowledge sharing, ways of working and role modelling.
- Manage relationships with the other chapters in the value chain.
- Effectively communicate ideas, both verbally and visually to gain stakeholder agreement
- Collaborate actively and work effectively with cross-functional teams to CCD methodology is adopted as part of an enterprise process.
- Create solid recommendations and prioritization based on technology and business needs.
- Accountable for time management within each project to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
- Align to technical infrastructure of the Group.
- Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values by ensuring delivery of process, services and solutions.
- Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management.
- Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe.
- Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.
- Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes (e.g. operational processes) that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations.
- Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc).
**Essential Qualifications - NQF Level**
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma
