- Ability to plan, conduct and report on Internal Audits and investigations from beginning to end, in line with quality standards, often managing multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to understand and perform Internal Audits on complex business processes.
- Ability to direct and manage teams delivering the internal audit plans.
- Ability to build effective relationships with business stakeholders.
- Interact effectively with a range of different business functions and levels of management, in a multi-cultural environment, and with shared service centers.
