We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join us remotely based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
- **Role Overview**:_

As a Marketing Executive at The Baby Academy, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts and supporting our social media initiatives. Collaborating closely with the CEO, Director of Social Media, and Creative Director, you will contribute to the growth and success of our brand in the digital parenting education industry.
- **Responsibility**:_
- Work alongside the CEO, Director of Social Media, and Creative Director to execute our marketing strategy.
- Full ownership of social media reel creation, ensuring engaging and compelling content is delivered to our audience.
- Support the team by managing various marketing administrative tasks, such as content scheduling using the Sprout Social platform, DM management and paid boosting administration.
- Assist in the analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns, providing insights on performance, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Contribute to overall brand awareness and engagement by actively participating in brainstorming sessions, sharing innovative ideas, and implementing creative marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, ensuring our marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to social media.
- Proven ability to create engaging social media reels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle various marketing administrative tasks efficiently.
- A dual creative/analytical mindset. There is a deep need for a creative flare whilst also requiring an analytical mindset, comfortable utilising data and metrics to evaluate marketing campaign performance and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate within a team environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- A passion for the parenting industry and a genuine interest in the educational needs of parents.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- **Salary and Benefits**:_
- Annual salary: 160,000 Rand.
- Fully remote position, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

- **Working Hours**:_
- Tuesday to Saturday: 9am-6pm

**Salary**: R160,000.00 per year
