**Liaison & Marketing/Digital**

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 / Matric
- Positive attitude, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-starter and able to work under pressure
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- **Advanced computer knowledge in Word, Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, Access Database, Publisher, PowerPoint, and any other additional IT skills**:

- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written). A third language will be an advantage but not a requirement
- Willingness to step outside the confines of the job description to help the Company develop and succeed
- Own transport to and from work

**Responsibilities**:
**Liaison**:

- Perform general administrative duties as delegated/required
- Communicate and liaise with homeowners, residents, staff, and service providers
- Ensure cohesive communication and collaboration with neighbors and other stakeholders

**Marketing**:

- Support the development of creative marketing and exposure strategies
- Maintain brand consistency (CI)
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Conduct research to support long-term planning

**Digital & IT**:

- Oversee social media accounts
- Collaborate with the web developer
- Provide IT assistance and support
- Troubleshoot software queries
- Support audio and video equipment
- Investigate, recommend, and implement system upgrades where applicable
