Must be able to forecast, plan and manage all Spa orders, stock and finance.
Must be able to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and
Must be well-organized and have strong administration skills and financial skills.
Must have strong customer relations and communication skills.
Must be computer literate.
Must have a solid ability to delegate staff effectively in all aspects.
Must be able to work under pressure effectively.
Must be able to make effective decisions and use own initiative where necessary.
Must be able to deal with customers effectively.
Ensure that all set standards and quality is maintained at all times to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Must be able to provide all relevant costs and revenue reports for the Spa.
Be able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Spa.
Ensure that all operating equipment is maintained in a good state of repair.
Must have a valid driver’s licence and own transport
Engage stakeholders and do reporting
