Our client based in Pretoria is in need of an Energetic Spa Trainer.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday

07h00 - 16h00 / 08h00 - 17h00 / 09h00 - 18h00

Requirements & Duties:

- Beauty Therapy qualification - ITEC / CIDESCO
- Ability to perform all Spa Treatments, Massage, Facials, Body Treatments, Slimming Treatments, Manicure, Pedicure & Waxing
- Excellent Retail skills
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualise training materials based on data and research
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Instruct employee training and onboarding
- Assist with interviewing process of spa therapist and practical assessments
- Conduct training through new materials
- Review employee performance and learning
- Coordinate and monitor enrolment, schedules, costs, and equipment
- Management experience will be a bonus
- ESP Experience will be a bonus
- Ship experience will be a bonus

**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
