**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement marketing plans to promote our products and services on various/multiple social platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and schedule social media posts.
- Manage social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with our audience.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals.
- Conduct market research and identify customer needs and preferences.
- Attend to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data and provide reports to management.
- Collaborate with Fibre Network Operators.
- Manage a marketing budget.
- Facilitate and attend open day events, among other responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or customer relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
