A leading digital funding company specialising in corporate finance is seeking a Head Of Sales to lead their account managers and to grow the company's digital footprint and client's experience

**About the job**

As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will own the client journey and therefore influence our communication roadmap and future new client and retention solutions. We want to pick up the pace in providing value over and above the funding product we provide and continue to strengthen the win-win, trusted relationship we have with our clients.
As Head of Sales and Marketing you will have two to three Sales Execs on your team with monthly sales and pricing targets to reach. And you will have the skills to influence Sales, Digital Marketing, IT, Finance, and all areas that impacts the ‘’production line’’ which delivers the client value proposition. To note the financial objective of this role is revenue; however, this is through delivering value to our clients and our people first.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Lead and mentor the sales retention team
- Deliver the client value proposition
- Determine client journeys, combining digital and people-based execution
- Set up client experience measures and feedback exercises, using the results to motivate for and drive continuous improvement
- Propose improvements and new features related to the products and client service processes
- Take ownership and co-ordinate the solutions for operational issues impacting the client experience

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years+ experience in leading a sales team, preferable in a FinTech environment.
- Motivated by sales targets and lead successful sales teams.
- A true love for customers and customer advocate.
- Experience in Digital Marketing & Communication while working previously with online automated solutions is a plus
- Ability to communicate well with individuals, teams, partners and influence all departments to deliver initiatives and operational improvements
- A track record of developing and mentoring great talent, and building and motivating high achieving teams
- The skills to be a data-driven decision maker, with a willingness to experiment
