The role entails:

- Reporting
- Support to Studies, Surveys, and Operations
- Community/Social Investment
- Impact Management
- Supervision of Management Information Systems
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Supervision of the Community Relations activities
- Tertiary Qualifications with a Honours Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Anthropology, Sociology, Geography;
- 5-8 years of work experience in supervisory role in the Community engagement, stakeholder engagement or public relations
- Knowledge of Extractive industries is appreciated
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with a diverse team
- Sensitive to the Northern Cape and Western socio-economic and political situation
- Proven experience in engaging with community leadership
- Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies
- Strong coordination and administration skills
- Good knowledge of the South African Constitution and Human Rights Bill
- Proactive and pays attention to detail
- Good knowledge of International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank, and international good practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
