**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inspection and Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products for specified colours, textures, test parameters, dimensions, fill volume, and print quality of packaging.
- Ensure the safety and durability of products through thorough inspection.

**Testing and Analysis**:

- Identify imperfections using mechanical or electronic equipment or through chemical analysis.
- Perform routine tests to ensure products meet established standards.
- Analyse samples, compile data, and interpret results to ensure quality compliance.
- Calculate the ideal ratio of ingredients according to job tickets and solve equations to determine required raw material percentages for bulk adjustments.
- Submit samples for microbiological testing.

**Production Specifications and Equipment Management**:

- Adhere to production specifications and supplier requirements.
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Implement corrective actions for non-conformance issues.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Report inconsistencies, malfunctions, or variations from prototype or standard samples.
- Provide written explanations of identified flaws and conduct procedural evaluations.
- Recommend new or revised methods to enhance production efficiency.
- Review quality assurance instructions, production specifications and production schedules to determine inspection and testing methods, sequence of operations, and work assignments.

**Additional Duties**:

- Assist with preparing documentation for new product registrations for export.
- Prepare product batch Certificates of Analysis (C.O.A.) for export orders.
- Demonstrate loyalty, diligence, and confidentiality in all responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Quality Control Technologist or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using mechanical, electronic, and chemical testing equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data accurately.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R18 000,00 per month
