**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Complete regular forecasting and planning activities for the various relevant indicators and as per product sensitivity
- Identify and develop customer and supply trends, forecasting strategies, and determine the applicable logístical processes
- Plan and control adequate inventory requirements and movements, analyze inventory changes and develop measures for inventory reduction.
- Maintain sales and operational demand planning meetings with various stakeholders to adequately maintain inventory efficiencies with regards to changes that will impact the planning requirements or risks to the organization
- Plan, prepare and expedite purchase orders from vendors, including logístical clearing instructions and administrative support i.e advanced shipping documentation/ notifications/confirmations.
- Review and implement enhanced digital solutions i.e ERP, MRP, 3PL, CRM as per business and market related requirements
- Maintain a constant relationship with the Product managers, Account executives, third party Warehousing & logistics, etc.
- Administer material Masterfile as per organizational disciplines and requirements
- Monitor shipments with forwarding companies, including relevant reporting i.e web cycle clearance, intercompany costs controlling, etc.
- Prepare, analyze and expedite various inventory and activity reports as per business requirements
- Assist and deputize the OTC contract manager with tactic and strategic objectives
**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Diploma or Degree In Supply Chain Management or similar
- Minimum 5 years Supply Chain experience in the Laboratory Diagnostics environment
- Must have advanced excel skills
- Must have experience with 3rd party logistics
- Must have import knowledge
- Experience within the Laboratory Diagnostics Healthcare is an advantage
- SAP Sales & MRP, and 3rd party Warehouse and Logistic management is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot) or equivalent
