INBOUND TRAVEL/TOUR CONSULTANT - PRETORIA/JOHANNESBURG - R20000

**Work from home position**

The Right Company are currently recruiting for an experienced Inbound Travel/Tour Consultant in the Pretoria/Johannesburg area to start immediately for an Inbound Tour Operator.

**Requirements**:

- Must have good product knowledge of South Africa and neighbouring countries.
- Experience in operating tours independently (groups series, once-off groups, FIT’s, MICE) from start to finish and take responsibility for all aspects of tours, including the accounting side.
- Able to use **WETU**. Experience on the **Lemax** system is an advantage.
- Take initiative and ensure attention to detail.
- Collate Guide Manual and all supporting documentation as well as briefing and debriefing of tourist guides.
- Put together Travel documents with regard to FIT travellers.
- Team work and enthusiasm to assist colleagues.
- Energetic and have a passion for learning.
- Time management: ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication - internally as well as externally.
- Be professional and offer high service levels at all times.
- Ability to handle pressure and volume - be able to multitask.
- Build relationships with agents as well as suppliers.
- Assist with annual tour series/once-off costings and proposals.
