Are you someone who can:
- Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
- Acknowledge complaints and queries, dealing with complaints and queries as well as Quality Assurance
- Identify gaps in process, and escalations
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to identify gaps and review efficiencies
