About Us
- Nevy’s Language is an online platform that brings together learners and teachers for online English classes. Our students are mostly in North America.

Role
- As an **French**-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be tasked with supporting our students by resolving their issues.

- This position is fully remote.

Daily Tasks
- Help customers join their classes by providing technical support
- Receive student and teacher issues and send them to the appropriate department or provide resolution

Eligibility and Qualifications
- Must be fluent in the **French **language (reading, writing, speaking and **typing**)
- Must be fluent or have strong proficiency in the **English **language as well
- **Minimum two years of experience in a consumer support environment**:

- **Minimum one year of experience in a technical support environment**:

- Preferably with knowledge of ESL learning or teaching
- Must have a working **smart phone** and **computer no more than 2 years old**:

- **Must have internet with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps**:

- The essential qualities we look for are the ability to multi-task, being detail-oriented and having a great attitude.

**Salary**: R8,700.00 per month
