**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lead a high-performing team of sales agents in an outbound call center environment.
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets and enhance departmental profitability.
- Implement senior management's directives, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their potential and drive exceptional results.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and take proactive measures to optimize performance.

**Minimum Qualification Required**
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Completed FAIS credits
- Regulatory Exam - (RE 5)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (3 years qualification) Advantageous

**Minimum Experience Required**
- 8 years insurance sales call centre experience
- +3 years’ experience of general supervision of more junior colleagues (advantageous)
- General understanding of Sales systems and applicable processes
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proficient in excel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- insurance sales call centre: 8 years (required)
- Team Leader or Supervisor Supervisor: 3 years (required)
