As a sales consultant, you will have the opportunity to consult on a wide range of health products offered by Oxygen Products while working at Mega Health Store in Cape Town. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer commission and bonuses based on performance.

Your main responsibilities will include signing up new business accounts with pharmacies, health stores, and related businesses by promoting the products available on OxygenProducts.org. **Responsibilities**:
Provide outstanding customer service by being proactive and knowledgeable about health and supplement products.

Offer tailored advice to customers on healthcare, nutrition, and supplements.

Drive healthcare sales by promoting various brands, cross-selling, and upselling to meet targets.

Maintain stock availability and prevent losses by adhering to stock management and risk management policies.

Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene standards to create a pleasant shopping environment.

Implement effective product merchandising following guidelines.

Adhere to store operating procedures and share product knowledge with relief staff for service continuity.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge:
Desirable: Basic understanding of health, fitness, and supplement products.

Essential: Familiarity with retail store operations principles such as stock management, merchandising, and risk management.

**Skills**:Essential: Strong communication, customer service, selling, and merchandising skills.

Desirable: Basic computer literacy.

Competencies:
Essential: Ability to build relationships, persuade, deliver results, and meet customer expectations.

Desirable: Proficiency in following procedures, presenting information, and achieving personal work goals.

Experience & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related role with customer-related training.

Desirable: Experience with sports nutrition and vitamin products.

Education: Matriculation required.
