Sales Consultant Reference: PC -FO-1 Our client based in Parow is looking for a Sales Consultant with wholesale textile sales and inbound sales experience to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PermanentSECTOR: SalesBASIC SALARY: Market RelatedSTART DATE: ImmediateREQUIREMENTS: Have a completed Grade 12 / Matric certificate. Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. Have strong interpersonal skills with a positive outlook. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress. Inbound sales experience required. Textile experience required. Possess a strong work ethic. Contactable references. Clear criminal record. DUTIES: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Liaise with customers telephonically and via email regarding new orders, outstanding orders, and stock availability. Provide excellent customer service and accurate information regarding the product. Preparation of quotations and pro-forma invoices. Processing orders for account customers and COD customers. Ensuring account customers have sufficient credit available for their orders. Ensuring full payment has been received for COD customers prior to placing orders. Processing delivery notes. Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased in a while. Ad hoc admin tasks. Assist with annual stock take. HOURS: Mon – Thurs: 08:30 – 17:00 Fri: 08:30 – 16:00 Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at today.
