**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12.
- Good typing skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Required language skills.
- 1-2 years’ experience in call centre and/or marketing experience.
- Communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal persuasiveness, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Problem solving.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contact private individuals by phone.
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make an appointment.
- Describe products and services.
- Respond to questions.
- Identify and overcome objections.
- Take the customer through the sales process.
- Obtain customer information.
- Obtain possible customer leads.
- Maintain customer/potential customer databases.
- Follow up on initial contacts.
- Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
