Your key job responsibilities as the **Commercial Manager** in **Johannesburg** will include:

- Analyse sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance
- Develop strategic plans to encourage business growth
- Use analytics to create action plans that are based off data and statistics and interpret results against targets
- Partnering with business managers to drive financial performance
- Oversee staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met
- Assist with negotiating contracts
- Oversee monthly spend with vendors
- Liaise with other departments regarding required services, follow up on invoices and payments
- Assisting with the budgeting process, review the monthly financial reports and manage expenses over budget

Requirements for this **Commercial Manager job** in **Johannesburg**:

- Must have a strong sales background and experience managing a sales team with ambitious KPIs
