**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations and office procedures
- Develop, maintain, and analyze reports using **advanced Excel functions** (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, Power Query)
- Create and maintain accurate documentation, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to management
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate effective communication and workflow

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or business support role
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**, with **advanced Excel capabilities** (required)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R13 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
