Specialist Medical Receptionist Needed

Are you a friendly, organized, and patient-focused individual with a passion for making people feel welcome? We're seeking a dynamic receptionist to join our vibrant team.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
- Answer and direct incoming calls with enthusiasm and efficiency
- Efficient diary and appointment management
- Capturing patient information timeously and accurately
- Collection of payments and receipting - General administrative tasks
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication
- Handle inquiries from patients and provide accurate information
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area

Qualification:
Matric At least 2 years or more experience (essential) in a similar medical receptionist position (Vericlaim experience is a must)

Good multi tasker
Flexibility in terms of availability
Strong interpersonal skills
Professional communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Computer literacy
Well-presented and professional
Build professional relationships with Doctors and Patients to promote patient-doctor interaction
Non smoker
Own car essential
