Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to and generate sales.Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Accurately update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system. Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance. Utilize effective negotiation techniques to collect outstanding documents from customers.

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while dealing with customers in challenging situations.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service will be a plus.Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or collections is preferred, but not mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone.Persuasive and confident demeanor with a positive attitude.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes. Flexibility to work evening shifts or weekends as required.

Preferred languages: Sotho,zulu,xhosa,english,tswana and Afrikaans

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: From R5,000.00 per month
